Day 01 : NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport- Gangtok
On arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport you will be received by our office executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to Gangtok. Upon arrival proceed to the hotel for check-in; the evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at hotel in Gangtok.
Day 02 : Gangtok Local Sightseeing
After breakfast at hotel you will depart for full day city tour of Gangtok. Which includes Hanuman Talk, Ganesh Talk & Tashi View Point, Later visit Research Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday & govt. Holidays), Do-Drul Chorten, Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom (Closed on Sunday & Govt. Holidays), Flower Show. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 03 : Excursion to Tshangu Lake and Baba Mandir
After breakfast at hotel you will depart for full day sight seeing of Tshangu Lake and Baba Mandir. Return to Gangtok in the evening for overnight stay at hotel. Tshangu Lake: is one of the most popular destinations for tourists; it is located at 43 km from Gangtok. The lake is about 1km long, oval in shape, 15 metres deep and is considered sacred by the local people. This placid lake remains frozen during the winter months. On the way to the Lake, you will enjoy beautiful scenery and snow capped mountains. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. (In case of Land slide or any other reason Tshangu Lake is closed we will provide alternate sightseeing).
Day 04 : Gangtok To Kalimpong & Local Sightseeing
After breakfast at hotel you will depart for Kalimpong. On arrival you will be taken to a full day sightseeing of the town which includes, tours of Forest Museum (closed on Thursday), Deolo Hill, Hanuman Mandir, Dr. Grahams Homes School, Durpin Monastery, Mangal Dham and Pine View Nursery (cactus only). Overnight stay in Kalimpong.
Day 05 : Kalimpong To NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra
After breakfast hotel transfer to NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey. As you go home let the everlasting memory of the radiant Himalayas and this beautiful serene place linger in your mind and prompt you now and again to revisit this place.
